We want you to feel the full benefits of our science-backed products — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our consumable products, we can only accept returns on items that are:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

To request a return, please contact us at hello@iqhealth.co.uk with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve it swiftly.
